Clarins HydraQuench Cream-Mask

I am a complete Clarins addict so when I was sent this mask to try out, I couldn’t wait to get it on my face! It actually arrived while I was away on the Cruise so it was sat at home waiting for me for 4 whole days. I’ve since made up for it!

The mask is for dehydrated skin, which, although I suffer with oily patches, I have. When your face feels like it’s wrinkling up in front of you, no matter what you slather on, this is the one to try. It delivers a rich hydration boost to the skin in just 5-10 minutes. Containing Katafray bark extract and hyaluronic acid to help promote moisture balance and reduce the look of fine lines caused by dehydration (goodbye laughter lines, you were never funny lets be clear) with Sorbier bud extract to target microcirculation and promote a radiant healthy look.

It says to apply a generous amount to the face and neck, but it’s such a lovely thick cream that a generous amount is really generous! I put it on and then lay in the bath for a good 10 minutes before removing it with a cotton wool pad soaked in a water toner. It left my face feeling really ‘healthy’ for want of a better word. When I have used masks in the past I’ve always been left with a squeaky, tight feeling somewhere on my face, usually my cheeks, but this is pure hydration and moisture. It’s going to be me go to whenever my face needs a boost. Followed by the Clarins serum I don’t think my face has ever been so happy!

75ml is £33 available here.
