Lollibop Preview Day

On Wednesday we were lucky enough to be invited to the preview day of the Lollibop Festival in Regents Park.

The festival is taking place on the 5th, 6th and 7th August and is designed completely for under 10’s, and after the brilliant day we had at the preview, I cannot wait to go!! (The kids are quite excited too, obviously….!)

The small people were catered for so well, entertainment by The Bushcraft Company, who helped them make wild bread (which was very nice!) fantastic face painting,  Anthony McGowan read his book, The Bare Bum Club, there was a colouring station, swing ball, Charlie and Lola puppet making, a giant bear (bit scary!) a fantastic gorilla who managed to grab Little Miss’ foot and steal her sock!) and of course, Peppa Pig!

We were also treated to a fantastic picnic, and, Pimms! (Sitting in Regents Park, drinking Pimms on a sunny day, that’s how half term should be!)

All the kids were given a Lollibop t-shirt and they were all running round having a great time and it was nice to catch up with some other bloggers.

Don’t forget you can win a Family Ticket to go to the festival on any day you like, click here to read how (there’s also an exclusive discount for tickets)

Tickets are available here (£1 in every ticket goes to Oxfam) if you want to book a group ticket for 25 or more people, click here

Hopefully, we’ll see you there in August!
